DELIVERY

Payment:

We use Paypal for online orders. This allows you to use your credit or debit card for payment on the secure PayPal website.

Returns:

If you receive a RollerScoot which is damaged or faulty we will send you a replacement (including delivery charges). You must inform us within 14 working days from the day after you place your order.

Every effort is made to ensure that images of our product on the website are as accurate as possible, however, if your item is not as described you may receive a full refund. You must inform us within 14 working days from the day after you place your order.

You may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after you place your order(this is your statutory right according to the long distance selling regulations and is known as 'the cooling off period').

If for some reason the item you have ordered is currently unavailable we will notify you of this. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent or a refund may be issued.
