2. Making a contract with us

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 Once we have reviewed your order a contract has been made between us.

2.3 We will then process and dispatch your order.

2.4 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and arrange an alternative (please see our returns policy).

2.5 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.

2.6 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

2.7 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

3. How to place an order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by clicking on the product information and clicking on the 'Buy Now' button on our Shop page.

3.2 Prices are in UK pounds and include VAT and delivery to your address.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases, using Paypal. When you click on the 'Buy Now' button you will be transferred to the secure PayPal website to place your order. Please note, we do not store any of your card details on our server.

3.5 Once your order has been confirmed, in certain circumstances changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

4. Dispatch of the Goods

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our workshop within 1-2 working days.

4.2 We can deliver anywhere in the UK.

4.3 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made for redirecting your delivery.

4.4 In circumstances of National Holidays, Annual shutdown covering the Christmas period and New Year period, or any other circumstances beyond our control, the dispatch date may be extended, and you will be informed.

5. Acceptance of the Goods

5.1 You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods when delivery is made to the delivery address nominated.
